$275 per 50-minute session in my office, phone or doxy.
I also do 75-minute sessions (recommended for couples counseling and EMDR work) and 110-minute sessions.
I am not doing reduced rates at the moment.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance if you have a PPO. I do not accept insurance directly. If you wish to use your insurance to cover your sessions I will provide invoices upon request, so that you can submit them directly to your insurance company.
I recommend calling your insurance company to check your coverage by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits for practioners who are out of network?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards and Zelle for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I reserve a set time for you in my schedule. I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, FOR ANY REASON, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. EXCEPTIONS: If you are able to reschedule your appointment within the same week of your cancelled appointment, and there is availability, I will allow you to reschedule it without the cancellation fee. But this is dependent of availability. I also will waive the cancellation fee if someone from the waiting list is able to fill the slot, but this also not always possible.
